We want you to love your goat milk skincare experience; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that products must be in their original packaging and at least half-full to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Return

Pack Your Items
Securely place the products in their original box or a sturdy shipping container, ensuring the items are protected to prevent leaking or damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
